Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,
wird das Gerät zum Versand sorgfältig verpackt? Wir hatten bei einem anderen Händler ein Gerät ohne Umverpackung erhalten, nach dem Auspacken stellte sich heraus, das das Gehäuse aufgrund eines Sturzes defekt war. Die Rückabwicklung hat sich dann ewig hingezogen. Das möchten wir nicht noch einmal - daher die Frage vorab.
