1/1.7-inch camera sensor delivers true-to-life colour
Optimal image quality and colour fidelity is ensured by the colour temperature sensor, which intelligently adjusts white balance and AE. The sensor can also cope in environments with difficult lighting (e.g. when diving deep underwater). Osmo Action 3 supports HDR video. This makes it easy to capture even the finest details and transitions of light and shadow. Even when shooting in 4K HDR, you can activate stabilisation modes to ensure stable video.
Action camera with quick release design
The improved quick-release design allows you to quickly attach the Osmo Action 3 action camera so you can get into action right away. The innovative design also increases impact resistance5 thanks to the combination of magnetic force and the additional positioning buckle. The protective frame allows the Osmo Action 3 to be mounted both horizontally and vertically. You can switch between views in seconds - just unplug, rotate and reattach the camera.
High-endurance battery won't let you down
Winter sports fans will rejoice as the Osmo Action 3's battery is resistant to freezing temperatures down to -20°C (-4°F). In addition, it has enough capacity to make a continuous 150-minute recording in sub-zero temperatures6. When recording in plus temperatures, battery life is even better. A great advantage of the Osmo Action 3 is the natural support for fast charging technology. The camera can be charged up to 80% in just 18 minutes.8. That's enough power for about two hours of shooting8.
Stabilization system with RockSteady 3.0 algorithm
It doesn't matter what you're doing. The Osmo Action 3 features the next generation of the RockSteady 3.0 stabilization algorithm, which you can use even when recording in 4K. With HorizonSteady, camera shake will be effectively eliminated in all directions. The image remains stable even under strong shocks and full 360° rotation. At the same time, HorizonBalancing can be used to correct tilt within ±45° and supports recording stable 4K videos at 60 frames per second.
Osmo Action 3 stands out for its durability
We have good news for diving enthusiasts - the Osmo Action 3 is waterproof to 16m3 (52 feet) so you can share your underwater adventures with others. In addition, the front and rear screen and protective cover are made of highly durable Gorilla Glass, making the action camera resistant to drops of up to 1.5 meters5. The hydrophobic coating that covers both the screen and the protective cover quickly repels water to prevent image quality from being affected.
Convenient control of the Osmo Action 3
The Action 3's front touchscreen is ideal for vlogging and selfies, and it also supports commonly used touch control functions. As soon as you switch between horizontal and vertical orientation, the Osmo Action 3 user interface automatically adapts to it. And the touchscreens are sensitive enough that you can operate them with wet hands.
Control the camera with your voice
If your hands are full and you can't control Osmo Action 3 manually, use your voice. The camera receives commands with a high recognition rate.
Action camera records audio and supports external microphone connections
At the bottom of the Osmo Action 3 is a hidden microphone that can suppress wind noise for even better sound recording. External microphones can also be connected to the action camera (using a universal 3.5mm Type C cable), but e.g. and DJI Mic, which will further enhance the quality of the spoken word or sounds you want to record. Osmo Action 3 can be used as a webcam to enable more dynamic communication in meetings, courses or chatting with friends. You can easily and quickly switch between different perspectives and enjoy the benefits of stereo sound for clearer conversations.
Osmo Action Camera can be used for live streaming
Connect to a Wi-Fi network and stream live action captured by Osmo Action 3. Install the DJI Outside app to unlock the full potential of your action camera. The app uses Cloud Computing and AI (Artificial Intelligence) algorithms to remove the selfie stick so you can create absolutely stunning and breathtaking shots like a pro.
Easy video editing in LightCut
Connect the camera to your device with the LightCut app, sync videos and get to work editing your videos and clips in a variety of ways. The LightCut app is optimized for use with the Osmo ACtion 3 action camera. For example, it automatically selects clips and assigns exclusive templates to them so that videos are ready to share soon. Of course, you can also manually assign templates to videos, and you can enjoy a wide selection. You'll have fun quick templates to use for things like snowboarding, biking or scuba diving.
DJI Action 3 Adventure Combo
1. The first time you use this product, the DJI Mimo app is required for activation.
2. Horizontal-vertical protective frame is required for vertical shooting.
3. Close the battery cover and port cover and tighten the lens hood before use. The waterproof housing is recommended to be installed for long-term shooting underwater or in high water pressure environments. Osmo Action 3 and its waterproof case are IP68 rated. Do not use the camera in hot springs or expose it to corrosive liquids.
4. The high frame rate of 120 frames per second applies to 1080p, 2.7K 16:9 and 4K 16:9 video specifications.
5. To avoid risk of damage, do not throw, bump or squeeze this product.
6. Tested in a -20° C (-4° F) lab environment while recording 1080p/30fps video
with EIS and screens off and should be used for reference only.

15. This product can only be mounted on smooth, flat, non-porous surfaces and is only suitable for non-impact activities. If it is attached to the outside of the body of cars, motorcycles or other vehicles, use it only on straight roads and at speeds below 50 mph (80 km/h). It is also recommended to use with a safety strap to prevent accidents or loss.
