Performance and backup time
The power supply uses Off-line technology and delivers a real power output of 420W with a power factor of 0.6. During a power outage, it switches to power from the internal 7Ah maintenance-free lead-acid battery. Backup time is a key parameter for maintaining operation. You get 1 minute at a full load of 420W, which gives you enough time to save your work and shut down your systems correctly. At half load, the backup time extends to 9 minutes, which is suitable for less demanding devices.
Operating efficiency and features
The power supply is designed for efficiency and low interference. At 100% load, its efficiency reaches 97%, resulting in low electricity consumption and less heat generation. A weight of just 3.7kg makes it easy to handle and install. Inside, there is a single maintenance-free lead-acid battery rated at 12V / 7Ah. The battery management system includes automatic tests to check its condition and deep-discharge protection, which extends its lifespan. The battery is also easily user-replaceable, simplifying maintenance.
Connectivity options
A total of four IEC 320 C13 output sockets are available for connecting devices. Three of these sockets provide complete protection, meaning both battery backup and surge protection. This protection is ideal for critical devices like a computer or monitor. The fourth socket provides surge protection only and is suitable for peripherals that do not require battery backup, such as a printer or scanner. The power input is provided by a standard C14 connector.
