Mirror's Edge Catalyst - Xbox One
Mirrors Edge: Catalyst explains what Faith did before she became the tough adult heroine we know from the first game. Put on your running shoes and head to a futuristic city to fight for freedom.

Dynamic combat will once again be part of the game, relying on the speed you gain when running.

The game is open-world this time, so it will be up to you how you tackle the challenges.

Even on the Run, Everything Looks Beautiful
You can look forward to some beautiful technical workmanship, courtesy of the much-vaunted Frostbite 3 engine. DICE really put a lot of thought and effort into the game, so whether it's the ultra-detailed character models or the architectural aspects of the buildings, everything is polished to perfection.

Step into Faith's Running Shoes
Find out more about this determined runner as she fights against suffocating control and oppression in the futuristic, sun-drenched city of Glass. In Catalyst, we finally get to explore the background of the tragically fated heroine who tirelessly fights against the oppressive regime of the city's "leaders." Explore the top floors of corporate buildings and the dark tunnels beneath the city to discover the truth.

Unusual Enemies
From the first game, you may remember specially trained police officers who were catching up with Faith with their acrobatic stunts. The second installment puts the emphasis on different types of enemies, so you can look forward to a more varied experience.

The game introduces new antagonists who will try to thwart Faith's journey.

A particularly cool feature is synchronous multiplayer, where the actions of the players will influence your progress through the campaign.

Classic Gameplay With a Touch of Innovation
Fans of the first installment won't have to worry about missing the key elements of the series. Once again, it's all about getting to your destination quickly by any means necessary, just like parkour demands. However, this time, in addition to your own feet, you'll be able to encounter a number of improvements and mechanical gadgets that will make moving around the rooftops much easier. In addition to the campaign, there are also plenty of other activities awaiting the player, such as races or puzzles in which you will need to hack a billboard located nearby.
