Gigaset GLX8 Active Black Petrol
The Gigaset GLX8 Active mobile phone is a rugged device designed for communication in demanding conditions. The phone is intended for users who require high durability and long battery life. Thanks to its IP68 certification and reinforced construction, it resists dust, water, and drops from heights of up to 1.5 metres. The Gigaset GLX8 Active phone is designed for use in harsh environments where standard devices fail. Its body meets the IP68 rating, which means it is completely dustproof and protected against submersion in water. The reinforced construction with rubberised elements can withstand a fall from a height of 1.5 metres onto a hard surface, such as concrete. This makes the phone ready for use on construction sites, in industrial workshops, or during outdoor sports activities without fear of damage from moisture, dust, or mechanical impact.

Long battery life
The replaceable 2500mAh battery powers the phone for long days away from a charger. In standby mode, it keeps the device running for up to 24 days. During active use, it provides power for up to 18 hours of continuous talk time. This endurance is crucial for multi-day trips into nature or during long work shifts where there is no access to the mains. The option to replace the battery also extends the phone's usability in the field; just carry a charged spare battery with you.
Flexible connectivity and communication
The phone supports 4G networks, including VoLTE technology, which transmits calls over the data network for clearer sound. The Dual SIM function allows you to use two Micro SIM cards simultaneously, which is practical for separating work and personal calls or for using tariffs from two different operators. The Push-to-Talk function provides instant group communication. It turns the phone into a walkie-talkie that works independently of the mobile signal and is ideal for quick coordination of work teams in the field.
Features and memory
Basic information is shown on the 2.4" LCD display with 240p resolution and a 60Hz refresh rate. The operating system and data use 128MB of internal memory, which you can expand by an additional 32GB using a Micro SDHC memory card. The phone's features include a 2MP camera for quick documentation, a powerful integrated torch, an FM radio for listening on the go, and Bluetooth 5.0 for connecting wireless headphones or a hands-free kit. All functions are powered by the Unisoc T117 processor.
