Guzzanti GZ 3641A

The Guzzanti GZ 3641A mini oven combines the function of a conventional oven with two cast iron hobs, so it can handle both baking and cooking. With an internal volume of 42 litres, it is also suitable for preparing larger meals. You can smoothly adjust the temperature in the range of 40 to 230°C, which lets you bake a wide variety of dishes, from proving dough to grilling. It is controlled using mechanical dials, and the interior light provides a clear view.

Baking and cooking in one

The Guzzanti GZ 3641A oven has top and bottom heating elements, each with a power consumption of 650W. You can select top or bottom heating separately, or switch them on at the same time for static baking. On top of the appliance, there are two cast iron hobs with power outputs of 1000W and 1500W. This means you can bake in the oven and cook on the hob at the same time, saving space and time.

Practical functions and controls

Operating the oven is fully mechanical and intuitive thanks to the rotary dials. A thermostat maintains the set temperature for precise baking. The integrated 90-minute timer alerts you when baking is finished and automatically switches the oven off. The interior light and height-adjustable baking tray further enhance the convenience of preparing your meals.

Easy maintenance and safety

Maintaining the appliance is simple. The inner casing of the oven has an easy-to-clean enamelled surface. For more thorough maintenance, there is a steam cleaning function that only requires two cups of water. Safety during operation is ensured by the heat-resistant double-walled glass door with a silicone seal. The oven complies with the A13 regulation, which governs surface temperature and efficiency.
