Materials and design of Guzzini cutlery
The designers behind the MY FUSION cutlery set are Setsu & Shinobu Ito, who gave it its elongated lines. The functional parts are made of two types of stainless steel, AISI 304 stainless steel and AISI 420. AISI 420 steel is used for its higher hardness and ability to maintain a sharp edge. The handles are made of ABS plastic.
