SCHEPPACH Band saw HBS 30

The band saws of the parent company Scheppach have received many awards in the past, both in end customer surveys and from the professional public. Scheppach has transferred much of its know-how to the band saw for the general public. The Scheppach HBS 30 band saw is the ideal solution for demanding hobby users or semi-professional workshops that require fast and precise cutting in materials such as plastic or hard or soft wood. The machine is based on a powerful induction motor, a steel frame and a solid extension table that can be tilted from 0° to 45° and extended from 380 to 520 mm. For precise straight cuts, the table is equipped with a sliding ruler with quick-release lever. The saw blade guide pulleys do not allow the saw blade to deflect, so cuts are very precise even on this basic model. Thanks to the frame design, a cutting capacity of 80 mm is also sufficient. Changing the saw blade is also very easy thanks to the full side wall tipping system. The compact dimensions of the machine are an advantage especially for smaller workshops, but they also make the machine easy to handle and transport. Holes are provided in the base for firmly attaching the band saw to the workbench. The machine is supplied with three saw blades with 6/10/15 teeth per inch.
