This grinding plate is for use in a meat grinder, but can also be used for other ingredients. The size of the holes determines the final texture of the ground ingredients. Grinding plate diameter 62mm. Inner hole diameter 9mm. Hole diameter – 18mm. After use, wash, dry, and treat with edible oil. To ensure the longest possible lifespan, the manufacturer recommends washing the plate with warm water after use, drying it thoroughly, and storing it in a dry, non-corrosive environment.
