Quality workmanship of KOHERSEN pots
The construction of the pot is based on TRI-PLY technology, i.e. a sandwich layer: Stainless steel - aluminium - stainless steel, which allows for fast and even heat transfer. This ensures that the contents of the pot heat up efficiently, minimising temperature differences. The inside of the pot has a functional BLACK CUBE surface: The honeycomb-like structure helps to spread the heat evenly while limiting food sticking to the surface of the pot.
Gentle and healthy cooking
The package also includes a steaming insert and lid, so you can prepare nutrient-friendly dishes - vegetables, fish or dumplings. The Kohersen Black Cube is compatible with various types of cookers, including induction, and is also oven-safe up to 260 °C. Machine washing is possible, but a gentler setting is recommended to maintain surface quality.

You'll appreciate the energy savings when using it - thanks to the quick heat-up and temperature retention, you can use a lower boiling point. BLACK CUBE surface is free of harmful substances PFOA and PFOS* which contributes to healthier cooking. *The tests were carried out by the research laboratory TÜV Rheinland Polska, no. 26634888/2022. Five different pans were tested: including pans with steel body, aluminium and hybrid (multi-layer) structure with different coatings: ceramics, enamel and PTFE, and the temperature rise was measured point by point until it reached 200 °C.
