The Nedis Solar HD IP Camera WIFICBO5 is an intelligent wireless monitoring device with a resolution of 1920 × 1080 px and a wide viewing angle of 120°. Detailed Full HD image
This camera records video in 1920 × 1080 px resolution at a frame rate of 15 fps, providing sufficient sharpness to identify details. The 1/2.9” CMOS image sensor works with a fixed lens with a focal length of 3.2mm. The horizontal field of view reaches 120°, thereby covering a wide monitored area. Video is compressed using the efficient H.264 standard, which reduces storage and data transfer requirements while maintaining high recording quality.
Colour night vision of the Nedis Solar HD camera
Monitoring in low-light conditions is possible in several modes with a range of up to 10m. The device combines classic infrared night vision with modern lighting elements. The night scene is illuminated by four enhanced infrared LEDs and four integrated floodlights. These floodlights allow the camera to capture a full-colour image even in complete darkness, making it much easier to recognise objects and people at night.
Intelligent AI motion detection
The integrated motion sensor reacts to activity at a distance of 6 to 10m from the lens. The system uses advanced AI Human Motion Detection technology, which analyses human body shapes and filters out false alarms caused by animals or moving branches. When a real intrusion is detected, the system sends an instant push notification to your mobile phone and can activate the built-in siren along with a light alarm from the floodlights.
Two-way communication
The device includes a sensitive microphone and speaker for full audio transmission. An integrated system for effective ambient noise suppression ensures a clear and intelligible voice without distracting elements. This hardware allows you to speak remotely to people near the camera or warn unwanted visitors. The audio interface is also used to activate an acoustic alarm if an incident is detected.
Saving recordings to memory cards
Users have two methods for storing recorded video. Local storage is via the built-in memory card slot for a MicroSD, which supports capacities up to 128GB. An alternative is secure cloud storage, available on a subscription basis directly in the mobile app. Recording starts automatically upon motion detection, saving both media space and battery power.
Connection and application
Wireless network connection works on the 2.4GHz WiFi band, with an external antenna increasing the signal range up to 70m in open spaces and 15m through walls. Management and setup are handled in the Nedis SmartLife mobile app for Android and iOS. The system supports voice control via the Amazon Alexa assistant and is compatible with Google Home and Home Assistant platforms for easy integration into your smart home.
