Durable borosilicate glass
The dish is made of borosilicate glass, which has a high resistance to thermal shock. This allows you to transfer the dish straight from the oven to the freezer once it has cooled down, without any risk of cracking. The non-porous material does not absorb food odours or flavours and is very easy to clean. Temperature resistance from -20 to 300°C makes it suitable for cooking, baking, reheating, and freezing.
Lid for storage and transport
The baking dish includes a plastic lid that turns it into a storage container. It lets you safely store food in the fridge and protects it from drying out or absorbing other food odours. The lid is also handy when carrying food. The dish has a rectangular shape and measures 39.5×24.5cm.
