The compact Stereo Box E amplifier is a versatile solution for upgrading your home hi-fi system. Its special electronics deliver high-quality stereo sound comparable to models in higher price brackets. The device boasts a fully analogue preamplifier, ensuring faithful sound reproduction with low noise, minimal distortion and maximum detail. You can connect your source devices using 3 analogue inputs (including a phono connection) and 3 digital inputs (2× optical, 1× coaxial SPDIF). There's also Bluetooth 5.0 for convenient wireless streaming directly from your phone or tablet. The USB-C output on the rear of the amplifier can directly power a range of modern streamers, so you won't need a separate power supply for them. The Stereo Box E has an ultra-compact design with a polished front panel and aluminium controls. A sturdy steel casing protects the electronic components from external interference. A universal Control it 1 remote control is included in the package.

Precise analogue volume control
The Stereo Box E features an analogue volume control with a motorised potentiometer. This system combines traditional analogue sound quality with the convenience of remote control. The rotary potentiometer (knob) on the front panel mechanically changes the resistance in the electrical circuit, with the sound passing directly through this component. This prevents unwanted degradation and distortion of the sound. When you press the volume button on the remote, an additional motor mechanically turns the knob, ensuring the audio signal remains 100% analogue and undistorted.
The Stereo Box E offers wide connectivity
You can connect a wide range of digital and analogue devices to the Stereo Box E amplifier. The device offers a phono RCA input for connecting a turntable (with support for MI, MM and MC cartridges) and two line inputs (3.5mm and RCA) for connecting analogue players and devices (such as the CD Box E). For digital sound sources like TVs or consoles, there are 3 digital SPDIF inputs (2× optical, 1× coaxial). You will also find a 6.3mm jack for connecting headphones, an output for an external subwoofer, and isolated outputs for speakers.

The Pro-Ject Stereo Box E amplifier provides a solid foundation for your home hi-fi stereo system. Thanks to its modular design, you can also easily add other components and combine them freely across different product lines. This allows you to flexibly adapt the performance of your audio system to your current needs. An ideal addition, for example, is the CD Box E or the Tuner Box S3 DAB+, which adds the ability to play FM, DAB+ and internet radio.
