Quell EIVA Filter Kettle White
Quell EIVA Filter Kettle White
The Quell EIVA filter jug is not only a fantastic helper for your home and office, but also for holidays abroad. It removes microorganisms from water that can cause stomach issues, even in places where the water is considered safe to drink and its quality is guaranteed by the local supplier. Microorganisms are present in permitted amounts even in drinking water, but those found abroad can differ from the ones our bodies are used to. Drinking them can trigger a stomach reaction, even though the same water causes no problems for the local residents. The Quell EIVA jug reduces all microorganisms by 99.9% by filtering the water, eliminating this problem. When abroad, it's recommended to use filtered water even for brushing your teeth. On top of that, you'll save money on buying bottled water. If you want to drink tasty water that's genuinely free from unwanted impurities, the Quell EIVA filter jug is definitely the best choice.

Unique filtering technology
The Quell EIVA filter jug uses Disruptor technology, originally developed for NASA and currently one of the most innovative water filters on the market. The core of the filter consists of nano-aluminium fibres with a crystalline structure that generate a positive electrical charge as water flows through them. Most impurities have a negative electrical charge, so they are attracted to the nano-aluminium fibres and are 99.9% inactivated. This process is called electro-adsorption. The filtering capability of the Disruptor is enhanced by a layer of powdered activated carbon to remove odours and off-tastes from the water. Another layer of antimicrobial disinfectant silver prevents bacterial growth within the filter, ensuring consistent water quality throughout the filter's life. The Disruptor filter removes significantly more impurities than hollow fibres, activated carbon filters or UV filters.
Quell EIVA even saves electricity
The filtration efficiency of the Quell EIVA jug is not directly comparable to any other filtration technology and is several times higher than commonly available filter jugs with carbon filters, as confirmed by independent laboratory tests. Removing viruses from water usually requires a filtration method that needs electricity to generate high water pressure. Thanks to its high flow rate and simultaneous high impurity retention capability, the Quell EIVA filter jug with Disruptor technology does not require electricity to operate. This also eliminates maintenance worries and minimises the space requirements for the filtration device.
