Use:
Inhalation: Add 2 to 8 drops of the 100% essential oil to an aroma lamp or diffuser, depending on its intensity and the size of the room, or apply a few drops to a paper tissue and inhale the fragrance directly.
Massage: Create your own personal massage oil by mixing the essential oil with 50ml of a carrier oil. The concentration of the essential oil is recommended to be from 0.5% (approximately 4 drops) to 3% (24 drops) depending on the desired fragrance intensity and individual perception.
Bath: Mix 3 to 6 drops in a carrier base, for example, 100ml of milk, a teaspoon of honey or a carrier oil, and add to your bath.
