The specially shaped end of the blending arm improves the circulation of ingredients towards the blades for more efficient and faster blending. This makes moving the SOPHIA hand blender along the bottom of the container easier, and the surface treatment reduces the risk of scratching it.

The blending arm has 6 SixBlade stainless steel blades with a titanium coating for greater durability and a longer lifespan. Two downward-facing blades ensure the smooth processing of frozen or harder ingredients. Furthermore, the gentle blending action preserves vitamins and nutrients in the food.
Variable speed setting and LCD display
