Advantages of SIMAX glassware
A major advantage of the SIMAX glass roaster is that it releases heat slowly. This gives the food inside enough time to cook through, so you won't find it raw in the middle while the outside is starting to burn. Another bonus of glassware is that you don't need to take the roaster out of the oven to check on its progress. All it takes is a single glance. You can also serve the prepared meal in it, and then store it in the fridge and reheat it later. So, all that's left to say is bon appétit.
