SmallRig 2983 Cage for Panasonic S5

The SmallRig 2983 Cage is a form-fitting cage designed to protect and mount accessories on Panasonic S5 and S5D cameras. The camera attaches to the frame via a 1/4" screw on the bottom and an M2.5 screw on the right side, which ensures stability and prevents the camera from twisting inside the cage. The cage features multiple 1/4" and ARRI 3/8" threads for mounting accessories like the Top Handle 2165 or Monitor Mount 2903. It also includes an integrated cold shoe for attaching a microphone or light, and a NATO rail on the left side for installing the Magic Arm 2071. There is a slot on the side of the cage for attaching a carrying strap. The bottom of the cage has an integrated flat-head screwdriver with an Allen key for securing the camera screws. The cage is made from aluminium alloy and stainless steel, guaranteeing its strength and durability. A key benefit is its low weight of just 202g.
