Smart modes for perfect results
The SMEG PIC01WHMEU induction cooker offers two probe modes for temperature control - Target probe for setting a target temperature for the centre of the food and automatically stopping cooking when it is reached, and Timer probe for setting a target cooking temperature and maintaining it for a set timer until the desired degree of doneness is reached. Barbecue mode for juicy and crispy dishes with the typical barbecue or stovetop flavour - with 3 automatic settings depending on the type of food, it's ideal for cooking vegetables, fish, poultry, burgers, steaks and bacon. Enjoy crispness and golden colour with the Fry function - with 3 automatic settings depending on the type of food, it's ideal for preparing fresh or frozen foods and sweets.
