Two probes and an alarm for precise control
Two separate probes give you an overview of the temperature of two pieces of meat at the same time. The stainless steel probes and their heat-resistant cables can be left in the oven or grill for the entire cooking time. On the digital unit, you can either select one of the pre-set programmes for different types of meat and cooking levels, or you can set your own target temperature. As soon as it is reached, the thermometer alerts you with an audible signal. A separate timer function is available for monitoring the cooking time.
