Portable design
The metal body protects the internal 2.5" hard drive from damage during transport. Its compact form factor makes it easy to carry in a backpack or bag. This lets you take your entire game library to a friend's house or to gaming events. After connecting with the included USB-A to Micro-B cable and signing in to your gaming account, you can continue playing straight away.
Cross-platform compatibility
The drive is compatible with computers running Windows 10+ and macOS 11+. You can also use it as external storage for PlayStation 4/5 and Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S consoles. On modern-generation consoles, it serves to store games for PS5 and Xbox Series X|S and to directly launch titles from the PS4 and Xbox One generation. Expanding your console's capacity does not require any additional driver installation.
Performance
The USB 3.2 Gen 1 interface operates with a transfer speed of up to 5Gb/s and a sequential read speed of up to 130MB/s, reducing the loading time for games and textures. The metal construction increases the device's mechanical durability during transport and also helps to dissipate the heat generated during operation. This maintains stable drive performance even during longer gaming sessions.
