Sensor and Resolution
An 8MP CMOS sensor forms the basis of this device's optical system. Users can capture still images in JPG format with a selectable resolution from 8 to 20MP. The built-in lens has an aperture of F/2.2 and a focal length of 3.789mm. The focus works from a distance of 0.5m to infinity.
Video Parameters
Video recordings are saved in MP4 format to a micro SD memory card. The device supports recording in 4K or 2K resolution at 30 frames per second. When the resolution is lowered to Full HD or 720p, the frame rate increases to 60 frames per second. An integrated mono microphone captures the audio track directly during filming, eliminating the need for an external recording device.
Design
The body of the device features specific graphic elements with a Peanuts theme on a white background. The overall dimensions of this compact device are exactly 5.2 × 4.2 × 10.6cm. Its low weight of just 137g simplifies handling and ensures a firm grip during longer recording sessions. On the underside of the body, there is a standard tripod thread for mounting the camera on a tripod for stable, shake-free shots.
Display and Controls
The 2" flip-out display provides immediate visual control over the composed scene. Users can use the 4× digital zoom to get closer to distant objects. The ISO sensitivity setting offers Auto, 100, 200, and 400 modes. The integrated speaker is used for instant playback of captured recordings.
Power
A replaceable and rechargeable Li-ion battery supplies the electrical power. You can charge it via the USB 2.0 Type-C interface, which also transfers data to a computer. The power cable is included in the basic package. You can connect the device directly to computers with Windows 7, 8, 10, and 11 or Mac OSX 10.5 and higher.
Memory and Lighting
For data storage, there is a slot for micro SD memory cards with support for capacities up to 256GB. The built-in LED light helps with photography and filming in low-light conditions. The included wrist strap helps prevent the device from being accidentally dropped. The write speed requires the use of Class 10 cards with a FAT32 file system.
