ZyXEL GS2220-28HP managed switch is designed for business networks requiring advanced management capabilities and power delivery for connected devices. With a total PoE budget of 375W, it powers IP cameras, VoIP phones or wireless access points. It features 28 gigabit ports and L2 features such as VLAN and QoS for efficient network traffic management. The metal construction ensures reliable operation in temperatures from 0 to 50°C.

High PoE budget and flexible connectivity

The switch features 24 ports with PoE support, delivering a total budget of up to 375W. This lets you power a wide range of devices, such as IP cameras, VoIP phones and wireless access points, without needing separate power adapters. Each port can deliver up to 30W. Total connectivity includes 28 gigabit ports, four of which are dual-personality ports. You can use these either as standard copper RJ-45 ports or as SFP slots for fibre modules.

Advanced L2 network management

As a managed switch, ZyXEL GS2220-28HP offers wide-ranging options for network management and security. Features like QoS and VLAN let you manage network traffic efficiently. Quality of Service (QoS) lets you prioritise important data, such as voice calls, to ensure smooth transmission. You can use VLANs (virtual networks) to split the network logically into smaller, isolated segments for increased security. Link aggregation (LACP) combines multiple ports to increase bandwidth. The switch is also IPv6-ready.
