The ASROCK TRX50 WS motherboard is a solution for high-performance workstations, supporting AMD Ryzen Threadripper PRO 9000/7000 WX-Series and AMD Ryzen Threadripper 9000/7000 Series processors in the TR5 socket. It comes in an eATX format and offers four slots for DDR5 ECC RDIMM memory with overclocking support up to 7600MHz and a maximum capacity of 1TB. The board is equipped with three PCIe 5.0 x16 slots and two PCIe 4.0 x16 slots, which ensures sufficient space for graphics cards and expansion cards. Power is supplied by a powerful 18+3+3 phase design with 110A SPS for VCore and 20K capacitors, which ensure stable operation even during demanding tasks.

Robust construction and cooling
The motherboard uses a twelve-layer PCB with 2oz copper layers and server-grade, ultra-low-loss technology, which improves signal integrity and enables full PCIe 5.0 support for both graphics cards and M.2 SSDs. The composite VRM heatsink with active fan cooling, XXL aluminium heatsinks and a heat pipe ensures maximum heat dissipation even under long-term load. The board supports connecting a secondary power supply using a Multi PSU Adaptor Cable and the ATX_Con connector, enabling you to build a system with a higher power consumption and wider combinations of powerful PSUs.
Storage and connectivity
For data storage, the board offers one Blazing M.2 slot with a PCIe Gen5 x4 interface providing transfer speeds of up to 128Gb/s, one Hyper M.2 slot with PCIe Gen4 x4, one MCIO connector with PCIe Gen5 x4, and two SlimSAS connectors supporting PCIe Gen4 x4 or four SATA3 ports. These server-grade SlimSAS (SFF-8654) and MCIO connectors ensure fast and stable storage expansion. Four SATA3 ports are also available as standard for connecting conventional hard drives and SSDs.
Network and USB interfaces
Network connectivity is provided by Marvell 10GbE LAN and Realtek 2.5GbE LAN for super-fast data transfers to a local server, NAS, or cloud storage. The board is equipped with WiFi 6E 802.11ax with 6GHz band support and Bluetooth, which provides higher speeds, lower latency, and performance comparable to 5G networks. USB connectivity includes one USB 3.2 Gen2x2 Type-C port with transfer speeds of up to 20Gb/s, two USB 3.2 Gen2 Type-C ports, four USB 3.2 Gen2 Type-A ports, four USB 3.2 Gen1 ports, and four USB 2.0 ports. Audio output is handled by Realtek ALC1220 7.1 CH HD Audio with Nahimic Audio technology, which ensures a high-quality listening experience.
