I can recommend the fans, they work really great. RGB backlighting is also great I have asus prime Z490-P board and if you want to change the color of the fan, AURA SYNC works best for me. Otherwise, I recommend to set the fans to run at 30% in the bios and only at a temperature of 50 or more they began to accelerate to avoid unnecessary noise. Then they are really very quiet too.
Super fans can really cool the pc a lot.
