The GIGABYTE GAMING 240 ICE AIO CPU cooler efficiently regulates the temperature of modern Intel and AMD processors, including sockets 1700, 1851 and AM5. This liquid cooler consists of a radiator with two fans, complemented by a separate high-flow pump. The innovative EZ-Chain system simplifies cabling, while the rotating pump cover makes customising its appearance easy. Simplified installation with EZ-Chain
The EZ-Chain system significantly simplifies fan connection using a slide-in interlocking mechanism. This connects both power and ARGB signals directly between the fans, eliminating the need for additional cables for each one. This DAISY-CHAIN design leads to a much cleaner cable layout and simplifies the overall installation of the cooler into the case.
Liquid cooler pump performance
The pump operates at high speed to support smooth coolant circulation. It is based on a brushless motor and a magnetised rotor, and the use of ceramic bearings reduces operational friction and contributes to a longer lifespan. The universal speed control is compatible with software from all major motherboard manufacturers.
Advanced construction and customisable design
The radiator uses a design that increases the contact area between the cooling channels and the fins for better heat dissipation. It is fitted with two fans that create a strong airflow with sufficient static pressure. The blade design maintains quiet operation even with efficient airflow through the fins. The pump head has a removable cover with a magnetic attachment. This mechanism lets you easily remove the cover and rotate it to one of four positions. The cover can be rotated in four directions, which serves to visually align the GIGABYTE logo regardless of the mounting orientation. Chrome elements complement the pump's dynamic LED lighting.
Durable tubing and optimised fans
The pump and radiator are connected by Teflon (FEP) tubes, whose material effectively reduces coolant evaporation. The outer nylon braiding increases mechanical resistance and protects the tubes from abrasion or kinking during installation and operation. This two-layer structure promotes the long-term reliability of the entire cooling circuit. Two fans support PWM regulation for precise speed control according to the current processor load. The optimised blade curve increases air volume and static pressure. The synchronisable ARGB lighting connects to the motherboard's control software, where you can coordinate lighting effects with other illuminated components in your build.
